Terms and Conditions

1. I wish to participate in various activities and shows including zip-lining, rock climbing, and obstacle courses, and avail services including transportation, hospitality, etc. (the "Activities") provided at [SAHAS - Ramoji Adventure Land, a brand of M/s Ushakiron Movies Private Limited] (the "Company"). In this behalf, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this document (this "Release").
2. I am aware and understand that these activities are dangerous and involve the risk of serious physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, temporary or permanent disability, death, property damage, and/or financial loss. The risks include falls, collisions, animal attacks, and equipment failures. I agree to assume all risks of injury, disability, death, and/or property damage arising from my participation in the activities, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the company or otherwise.
3. I am aware that COVID-19 and other communicable diseases are contagious and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and other communicable diseases by participating in the activities. I agree to follow all set procedures to reduce the spread while participating in the Activities.
4. I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in these activities and have no medical conditions that would make my participation more hazardous. I acknowledge that I have been informed of and understand the park's safety rules and procedures, and I agree to follow them. I confirm that I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs or any medication which causes drowsiness.
5. I release all claims that I may have against the Company and its officers, directors and employees (collectively, Releases"), on account of a possible injury, disability, death, or property damage arising out of my participation in the activities, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of the Company / Releases or otherwise. I agree not to make or bring any such claim against the Company or any Releases.
6. I agree to indemnify, and hold the Company and all Releases harmless against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, penalties, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from any third-party claim related to my participation in the activities. . I shall be liable for any damage to the Company’s vehicles, equipment, or any other assets caused by my actions.
7. I agree that the Company can use my image and likeness captured during my participation in the Activities via video, photograph, or other digital media as used by the Company for promotional or commercial purposes.
8. This Release is binding on me and my heirs, successors, and assigns. Any disputes will first be addressed through confidential mediation in Hyderabad, Telangana, with a mutually agreed mediator. This Release is governed by Indian law, and any claims must be brought in Hyderabad, Telangana, and I hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
9. By signing, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all the terms of this Release. I am at least eighteen (18) years old and fully competent.
